Michael Strahan, a man of many talents, is known for his illustrious career as a former NFL star, a Pro Football Hall of Famer, a co-host of “Good Morning America,” and a football analyst on Fox. He sold his Brentwood mansion, an East Coast-inspired Traditional property built in 2013, for $21.5 million in 2015. The estate boasts a 15,600-square-foot 3-story main house, a 59-foot swimming pool, and an expansive lawn. The main house, serviced by an elevator, includes nine bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a home theater, a sauna, a gym, a library, two laundry rooms, a game room, and a wine cellar with a drinking lounge.
The library houses an air filtration system for cigar smoking, while the 1000-bottle wine cellar doubles as a flatscreen television. The master wing includes a sitting room with a fireplace. The wrap-around porch, equipped with ceiling heaters, a covered cabana with a barbecue, a refrigerator, and a fireplace, adds to the property’s charm. Strahan had purchased the property for $16 million in 2013.
In 2022, Strahan unveiled a part of his stunning New York home that he had previously kept private. Nestled on the Upper West Side, his impeccable apartment has been featured in numerous videos, showcasing his bedroom, kitchen, and living room. However, as revealed in an Instagram video, his home office presents a stark contrast with its minimalistic design.

Sharing his stylish abode with his pet dogs, Enzo and Zuma, and his four children, Strahan expressed his fondness for the Upper West Side, saying that he liked the family feel to it. He said, “You see mothers with strollers, people walking their dogs. One thing I love about the neighborhood is that when you go into places, it’s not like, ‘Michael!’ I’m just another person who’s there.”
In October 2023, his life took a challenging turn when his 19-year-old daughter, Isabella Strahan, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. The diagnosis came after she experienced symptoms such as headaches, nausea, and difficulty walking.
An emergency surgery was performed to remove the tumor, which was followed by a strenuous month of rehabilitation, during which Isabella had to relearn how to walk. This personal ordeal has had a profound impact on Strahan, both emotionally and professionally.
He took a leave of absence from his TV shows to be with his daughter and support her through her treatment. Strahan admitted that he learned he was not as strong as he had thought and needed support from everybody. This experience gave him a new perspective on life and what truly matters.

Strahan’s social media presence often includes his long-time girlfriend, Kayla Quick. The couple, who have been together since 2016, appear to have a strong and consistent relationship. Quick is not only a significant part of Strahan’s personal life but also a successful entrepreneur in her own right. She is the driving force behind Fizzness, a wellness brand that seamlessly blends beauty with a scientific approach.
In April 2023, Quick joined forces with Isabella to promote her brand. An Instagram video shows the duo making a smoothie, after which they are seen toasting with their freshly made drinks. In an interview, Quick expressed her belief in the importance of maintenance and prevention.

When asked about the inspiration behind Fizzness, Quick recounted her journey. She met her co-founder, Jamie Giardino, at a culinary school in NYC, and they later attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition together. Having left their previous careers and startups, they embarked on a mission to pursue their passions and create something impactful.
Over the past 15 years, they have been advocating the same wellness principles and sharing their insights. Fizzness emerged from the pair’s aspiration to develop beauty-based wellness products that streamline daily routines. They harness ingredients from nature and apply scientific methods for formulation.
